(Tigard, OR)  --  Tigard police are investigating a crash that killed a pedestrian early this morning.  Authorities say a woman was struck and killed by a tow truck around 2:20 a.m. in the area of Southwest Pacific Highway and 71st Avenue.  Paramedics treated the woman at the scene but were unable to save her.  The woman's name hasn't been released.
