(Portland, OR)  --  A 12-year-old boy is being treated for a serious wound after being stabbed outside a Portland Fred Meyer store.  The attack happened yesterday afternoon outside the store on Northeast 102nd Avenue.  Police say the boy described the attacker as an older white man.  The victim, who suffered a stab wound to the chest, is expected to survive.
