(Portland, OR)  --  A man suspected in a murder that took place in Portland earlier this month is under indictment.  Authorities say 22-year-old Michael Aaron Wyatt Mininger is facing charges of murder and felon in possession of a firearm in connection with the death of 26-year-old Randy Alexander Williams.  Williams, who was shot to death, was found lying in an apartment complex parking lot on Southeast 162nd Avenue.  Mininger is being held in the Multnomah County Jail.
