Report: Oregon's High School Graduation Rate Last Among States

(Washington, DC)  --  A new federal report shows Oregon's high-school graduation rate is the lowest of any state in the union.  The U.S. Department of Education says Oregon's rate of four-year graduation in 2013 was 68-point-seven percent, with only Washington, DC trailing.  Iowa had the highest graduation rate at 89-point-seven percent.
