(Beavercreek, OR)  --  Sheriff's deputies say a Beavercreek man shot his wife to death and then took his own life as part of a murder-suicide pact.  The two were found dead Monday night in a home in the area of South Butte Road and Jewell Road.  Clackamas County authorities say a note that was left behind stated that both the man in his 80s and the woman in her 70s were terminally ill.  Deputies say the note explained that the couple agreed to die together.
