(Vancouver, WA)  --  A high-school drama and English teacher in Vancouver is accused of raping a student.  Police say Evergreen High School teacher Stephanie McCrea has been charged with four counts of rape.  School officials say McCrea has been placed on administrative leave.  No information on the age or grade level of the student has been released.
