(Oregon City, OR)  --  Oregon City police say a man who shot and critically wounded his wife during a car chase before shooting himself has died of his wounds.  Authorities say Timothy Moffatt shot his wife, Jan, several times Monday afternoon, then turned the gun on himself.  Timothy Moffatt died yesterday.  Jan Moffatt remains in critical condition.
