(Portland, OR)  --  Governor John Kitzhaber is scheduled to go before reporters later this morning to address ethics questions about his fiancee, Cylvia Hayes.  The first lady confirmed earlier this week that the Clean Economy Development Center paid her 118-thousand dollars in consulting fees during 2011 and 2012 while she was serving as Kitzhaber's clean energy and economic development adviser.  Hayes also served as CEO of her consulting firm, 3E Strategies.  She came under scrutiny last year after it was revealed she married an Ethiopian national in the early 90s to help him gain U.S. residency status.
