(Tigard, OR)  --  A man who's considered a person of interest in the shooting death of another man in Tigard remains on the loose.  Police are searching for 29-year-old Orlando Pouncey, who officials say was seen in the area at the time of the shooting Friday night.  Authorities say 37-year-old Jerry Nguyen of Beaverton was shot to death outside his ex-wife's home in Canterbury Heights.  Police say Nguyen was at the house to pick up his child when he was shot.
