Food-cart Owners Facing Charges

(Portland, OR)  --  Two food-cart owners in Portland are accused of trying to buy stolen meat.  Police say Renuka Devi Prasad, who runs Ren's Bubble Tea, and Chop Chop owner Wing Fai Lee are charged with attempted theft by receiving.  Investigators say the meat was stolen from a nearby Safeway by shoplifters who sold it to food-cart owners.  Portland police say black-market sales of meat are becoming an increasing problem.
