(Portland, OR)  --  Governor John Kitzhaber says his fiancee, Cylvia Hayes, will have no role in making policy during the remainder of his term in office.  In a brief news conference yesterday, Kitzhaber deferred questions about Hayes to his fiancee, including queries about the 118-thousand dollars she was paid for consulting on environmental issues while advising the governor on the same issues.  Hayes was reported to be out of the country and unavailable to answer questions.
