(Olympia, WA)  --  A House panel will hear a proposal to end Daylight Saving Time in Washington state.  Under the measure, Pacific Standard Time would be in effect for the Evergreen State year-round.  The Washington House Committee on Commerce and Gaming is slated to hear the measure this afternoon.
