(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police are looking for a man who reportedly tried to lure two brothers into his car as they were walking to school.  Authorities a white man in his 50s or 60s tried to persuade the boys, ages five and 13, into a white, older-model Ford in the area of Northeast 11th Avenue and Tillamook Street around 8:15 Monday morning.  The kids were walking to Irvington School.  Police say the suspect was described as possibly having a British or Scottish accent.
