(Portland, OR)  --  Today's weather forecast will be much improved after high winds and rain blew through metro Portland yesterday.  Fallen trees were reported in the region, resulting in damage to homes in Southwest Portland and West Linn.  A tree fell onto Oatfield Road in Milwaukie, and power lines were reported down on Highway 34 near Lebanon.
