(Salem, OR)  --  Oregon's attorney general says she's opened an investigation into allegations of criminal wrongdoing by Governor John Kitzhaber and his fiancee, Cylvia Hayes.  A.G. Ellen Rosenblum says the investigation authorizes her to request records, subpoena witnesses, and bring charges against Kitzhaber and Hayes, if warranted.  Rosenblum made the announcement yesterday, about two hours after the governor requested she conduct a "full and independent factual review" of allegations regarding contracts involving Hayes.  Rosenblum says she had already begun her investigation Friday.
