(Undated)  --  A new survey shows Washington dog owners are among the most loving to their pets.  The Milk Bone Doggy Love Index ranks the Evergreen State third in the U.S., based on a survey of "dog parents" who say they often show love to their dog by buying treats, allowing them to share a bed, and just saying "I love you."  California was ranked as the top dog-loving state.
