(Tigard, OR)  --  A man being sought in connection with a murder in Tigard is in custody, after being arrested near Tacoma, Washington.  Police say 28-year-old Orlando Pouncey, who was arrested Monday evening, is accused of gunning down 36-year-old Jerry Nguyen [[ nwin ]] on January 30th.  Witnesses had reported seeing Pouncey running from the scene following the shooting.  There's no word on when he'll be returned to Oregon.
