(Estacada, OR)  --  The Estacada City Council will eventually hold a prayer before each of its public meetings.  The council has voted unanimously to start its public meetings with a prayer.  Mayor Brent Dodrill, who's also pastor of Estacada First Baptist Church, told KOIN-TV that there's been little opposition to the idea.  The city is developing a plan on how to structure invocations.
