(Portland, OR)  --  Portland-area gasoline prices are still climbing.  Triple-A's latest survey shows the average for regular at two-40 a gallon, up more than two cents from yesterday.  It's also nearly 12 cents a gallon above the average of a week ago.  The national average for regular is about two-27 a gallon.
