(Undated)  --  A new Gallup poll shows Oregon is among the states with the lowest rate of residents who attend church on a regular basis.  Oregon ranks 45th and Washington 46th, with 24 percent of those questioned in each state saying they attend church weekly.  Vermont is ranked as having the lowest rate of regular church attendance, at 17 percent.  Utah is ranked first with 51 percent.
