(Forest Grove, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested a man who entered Joseph Gale Elementary School in Forest Grove and picked up a student.  Authorities say 29-year-old Joshua Alan Brown has no known connection to the seven-year-old girl.  Brown was arrested yesterday after he was chased down by school staff, and the girl was unharmed.  Police say it appears Brown was under the influence of a controlled substance.
