(Portland, OR)  --  A motorcyclist is dead, following a crash off Southwest Capitol Highway in Portland.  Police say the crash happened in the parking lot of the Multnomah Arts Center around 1:30 yesterday afternoon.  A woman, who's said to be in her 50s or 60s, was killed.  Police say she was learning to ride a motorcycle and crashed into a parked car.
