(Hillsboro, OR)  --  No citations have been issued, following a crash that killed a pedestrian in Hillsboro.  Police say 34-year-old Jamey C. Haines was crossing Southeast Tualatin Valley Highway near Imlay Avenue around eight o'clock Saturday night when she was hit by an eastbound minivan.  Officials say Haines was not in a crosswalk at the time.
