(Salem, OR)  --  A criminal investigation is being conducted into the leak of former Governor John Kitzhaber's emails.  KATU-TV reports Oregon chief operating officer Michael Jordan sent an email to staff members, saying he's asked Oregon State Police to conduct the investigation.  The emails in question were leaked to "Willamette Week" reporter Neil Jacquiss, who says they showed Kitzhaber's fiancee, Cylvia Hayes, trying to profit from her relationship with the then-governor.  Jordan says two senior state managers will be duty-stationed at home pending the outcome of a personnel investigation.
