(Portland, OR)  --  One person is dead and another injured, following a two-vehicle crash in Portland.  Police say the wreck happened around 4:30 p.m. yesterday at Northeast Columbia Boulevard and 33rd Avenue.  One driver died at the scene and the other was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.  No names have been released.
