(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police say a man who shot at officers and then shot himself to death was a known gang member and a federal fugitive.  Authorities say 26-year-old Quintrell Holiman was wanted for escape on the original charge of felon in possession of a firearm.  Officials say Holiman left Shimmers Bar and Grill near Southeast 80th and Foster early Wednesday morning and fired a couple of shots at two officers who were chasing him on foot.  Police say Holiman apparently shot himself as officers tried to engage him at a Raymond Street residence, where he was found hiding.
