(Salem, OR)  --  State officials say the FBI and the IRS are partnering in a federal investigation of former Governor John Kitzhaber and his fiancee, Cylvia Hayes.  KOIN-TV reports Oregon Chief Operating Officer Michael Jordan was questioned two weeks ago by representatives of both federal agencies.  The day after the interviews, Kitzhaber announced his resignation.  The ex-governor and Hayes are being investigated following allegations of influence-peddling.
