(Portland, OR)  --  Police say a woman who was found lying on the ground near the Steel Bridge died during some kind of medical emergency.  An autopsy is being conducted on the woman, who was found yesterday afternoon south of the bridge along the Eastbank Esplanade.  Her name hasn't been released.
