(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police are investigating after a man's body was found near the Burnside Bridge.  Officials say the body was found under a drain pipe on the banks of the Willamette River yesterday morning.  Investigators say it's possible the man was inside the drain pipe and was pushed out by rainwater.  An autopsy is being conducted.
