(Salem, OR)  --  Former Governor John Kitzhaber's fiancee, Cylvia Hayes, is suing "The Oregonian" in an effort to block the release of her emails.  Hayes contends the emails aren't a matter of public record, and says she's asserting her constitutional right against self-incrimination by not releasing them.  She filed the lawsuit against the newspaper yesterday in Marion County Circuit Court.  Hayes and Kitzhaber are under investigation in an alleged influence-peddling scandal.
