(Portland, OR)  --  A man is in custody after being accused of burglarizing the Multnomah County Courthouse.  KOIN-TV reports 27-year-old Michael Longinos Hernandez is also accused of pulling fire alarms inside police headquarters late last night.  Authorities say Hernandez used a metal grate to break open one of the courthouse's glass doors near Southwest 5th and Southwest Salmon, and is suspected of activating a fire alarm at the Portland Police Bureau Central Precinct before breaking into the courthouse.  Hernandez is scheduled for arraignment later today.
