(Portland, OR)  --  An autopsy is scheduled for a man who was shot to death in Northeast Portland.  Police say 20-year-old Esteban "Steve" Del Cid was shot early Saturday morning near Northeast Rodney Avenue and Cook Street.  The victim died yesterday at a hospital.  Police are hoping to find witnesses to the shooting.
