(Portland, OR)  --  Police are investigating a shooting that killed a man in Northeast Portland.  Authorities say the shooter fled the scene after 29-year-old Marquis Delon Chaney was killed in the area of North Blandena and Commercial Avenue around 2:30 yesterday afternoon.  Police say Chaney was inside a car, which hit a van after the shots was fired.  Investigators say it's not known whether Chaney was the intended victim.
