(Fairview, OR)  --  A Portland-area playground is ranked among the best in the nation.  A new report by the Early Childhood Education Zone shows the 101-acre Blue Lake Regional Park in Fairview is ranked 26th among the nation's 50 top playgrounds.  The survey touts the park, located near the south shore of the Columbia River, for its combination of fun activities for kids and ample space to roam and enjoy the peace and quiet.  The top playground in the survey is Zachary's Playground in St. Peters, Missouri.
