(Portland, OR)  --  Authorities say a suspect has turned himself in after saying he accidentally shot his friend to death inside a car in North Portland.  The victim was killed early yesterday morning near Arbor Lodge Park in the area of North Greely and Dekum.  Police say 21-year-old Isaiah Horatio Hayes turned himself in to police shortly before five a.m. yesterday.  The victim's name hasn't been released.
