(Vancouver, WA)  --  Vancouver police are looking for a suspect who's considered armed and dangerous.  Authorities say Juventino Valencia-Mendoza is accused of firing several shots from inside the car he was driving toward a pickup truck in the area of Northeast 18th and Andresen Road, around two o'clock Friday afternoon.  The shooting prompted a lockdown at Fort Vancouver High School.  Valencia-Mendoza is a 45-year-old Hispanic man, described as standing five-feet-six, weighing 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
