(Portland, OR)  --  The rise in gasoline prices is taking a pause in the Portland area.  Triple-A's latest survey shows the average for a gallon of regular is about two-91, a half-cent lower than yesterday.  It's still nearly three cents a gallon above the average of a week ago.
