(Beaverton, OR)  --  A worker at a dog daycare center in Tigard is facing a charge of animal abuse.  Police say Daniel Bulzacchelli is accused of picking up his year-old blue heeler by the neck Monday and tossing it about 15 feet at a skatepark on Walker Road in Beaverton.  A witness called 911, and Bulzacchelli was arrested.  The dog has been placed with the Washington County Animal Shelter.
