(Portland, OR)  --  Portland General Electric reports thousands of customers remain without power, following yesterday's damaging wind and rain.  As of five o'clock this morning, nearly four-thousand were without electricity in Clackamas County, and nearly 29-hundred were without power in Multnomah County.  PGE says more than a thousand customers have power out in Marion County.  There are still a few without power in Washington and Yamhill counties.
