(Portland, OR)  --  A 16-year-old boy is awaiting his first court appearance, following his arrest in connection with a shooting outside the East Portland Police Precinct.  Authorities say Dontae Eugene Mathis, Jr. is accused of shooting at another teen following a party shortly before midnight Saturday.  Officials say a gun believed to have been used in the shooting was recovered.  No one was injured.
