(Portland, OR)  --  Cleanup is underway after high winds and heavy rain caused damage in the Portland area.  A tree fell on a vehicle on Market Street in Southwest Portland and firefighters had to extricate the driver, who was trapped inside.  She's expected to be fine.  In downtown Portland, scaffolding that had been set up outside a building at the corner of Southwest 4th Avenue and Washington Street collapsed and fell to the ground, but no one was injured.
