(Salem, OR)  --  A bill that automatically registers people to vote in Oregon based on driver records is now law.  Governor Kate Brown has signed the bill, saying it will make voting more secure, cost effective, and convenient.  Officials estimate that voter rolls in Oregon will rise by 300-thousand to 400-thousand under the new law.
