(Portland, OR)  --  A man who pleaded guilty to committing rape and robbery in a Portland neighborhood is scheduled to spend more than two decades in prison.  Nineteen-year-old Alex Francisco-Sebastion was charged for a sexual assault in Portland's Overlook neighborhood last August.  He was also accused of robbing a victim near the Failing Street pedestrian bridge four days later.  He entered the guilty pleas yesterday, and was sentenced to 22 years behind bars.
