(Portland, OR) -- Three people are facing charges following a heroin bust in Northeast Portland. Police say undercover officers made the arrest yesterday after witnessing a drug deal outside a tire shop in the area of Northeast 82nd and Prescott. Authorities say the officers seized more than a pound of brown Mexican tar heroin and 15-thousand dollars in cash. The suspects are identified as 27-year-old Sergio Alvarez Eligio, 47-year-old Albert Champagne, and 40-year-old Frederick Deiner.
