(Eugene, OR)  --  A Portland teenager who admitted to raping a woman outside Autzen Stadium is scheduled to spend 14 years behind bars.  Seventeen-year-old Jamie Tinoco pleaded guilty in Lane County Circuit Court to charges of rape, sexual abuse, assault, and kidnapping.  Tinoco was arrested last September after he attacked the woman while on a supervised group outing to an Oregon football game.  The youths were under the supervision of counselors with the Washington County Juvenile Department.
