(Portland, OR)  --  Police say an inmate who died in the Multnomah County Jail was a 25-year-old woman.  Authorities say Latina Brogdon was found unresponsive around 1:30 p.m. Saturday during a routine check.  CPR was attempted, but Brogdon died at the scene.  There's no word on cause of death.
