Portland Man Acquitted Of Murder

(Portland, OR)  --  A Portland man who was accused of murdering his wife two years ago is out of custody.  A jury voted to acquit Lloyd Allen Erp on a murder charge in the death of Lori Lynn Erp in March 2013.  The defense argued that the husband and wife signed suicide notes before Erp shot his wife and then himself.  After the verdict was reached yesterday, Erp was released.
