Bill Would Ban Powdered Alcohol In Oregon

(Salem, OR)  --  Oregon lawmakers are considering a measure that would ban powdered alcohol in the state.  The alcoholic drink mix, known as Palcohol, is already banned in five other states.  Supporters of the bill say the substance would lead to increases in alcohol abuse, especially among kids.  Lawmakers in Washington are considering a similar bill.
