(Troutdale, OR)  --  A lane of westbound Interstate 84 in Troutdale is closed so crews can conduct emergency repairs.  The Oregon Department of Transportation says the right westbound lane was shut down yesterday after a large hole was found in the pavement.  The repair requires 24 hours for the concrete to set.  The lane isn't expected to open until sometime tomorrow, and drivers are being urged to expect delays.
