(Portland, OR)  --  Police say a 73-year-old woman with dementia has been reported missing in Portland.  Authorities say Judith Parman vanished around two p.m. yesterday from her residential care facility in the 800 block of Southeast 48th Avenue.  Police say Parman is white, five-feet-three to five-feet-five, 213 pounds, with shoulder-length gray hair and hazel eyes, and wears glasses and uses a walker.  Officials say Parman has dementia and other medical issues that need to be treated in a timely fashion.
